Thriving Team Institute’s Story
The idea for naming Thriving Teams Institute came during a brainstorm session of what we care about when developing teams. It captures our belief in creating environments where there is energy and learning that fuels performance along with the implications on environments that support well-being. We do not always know how we are influencing the environments, but when we can gain awareness of the complexities at play, we can start changing our behaviors so we and others can thrive.
Having spent time during our doctoral journeys exploring how teams feel safe, learn and help team members discover their best-loved self and how that connected to our personal and professional experiences shaped the focus of our company vision and the services we offer.
We hope to support the changes we need to make now to support future generations in thriving. We know that neuroscience, research, and experiences can help us change how we interact with others and the world so that we, our families, communities, and the world can begin the systematic changes needed for not only experiencing thriving now but in the future.
