If you are not Learning, you are not Earning! As part of an ongoing partnership with a client, we designed a weekly virtual learning experience to help the team continue to share knowledge and create knowledge together as they aggressively tackled new markets. By co-designing these experiences, we started collaborations across the organization that allowed them to utilize the various perspectives embedded within their organization to re-imagine their competitive advantage and create new value.
