Before the Experience
Meet with your Team Dynamics Specialists to uncover key objectives to focus on during the experience. Gaining awareness of where the team is now and what you desire for your team in the future helps us structure this experience to best meet your teams’ needs and support your journey to thriving. We will help you design for both fun and team learning.
Prepare for the best experience
Neethling Brain Instrument (NBI™)
Before the escape room, each team member will take an assessment from the Neethling Brain Instrument (NBI™) suite of assessments. The NBI™ combines neuroscience and creativity research to provide insights into unlocking your whole brain. When done at the team level, it allows you to gain insights into how to best utilize the collective team brain to solve your organization’s most challenging problems.
Assessments are one lens for gaining awareness
Your team will engage in an hour-long virtual escape room experience. Team Dynamics Specialist will be observing the process to prepare for the debrief immediately following the experience. We will align our observations with the NBI™ assessment and the key objectives from our initial meeting.
Play is learning
After the Experience
After the escape room, we will do a 1.5 hour debrief of the experience and the NBI™ results. Your team will leave with new levels of self-awareness around whole-brain thinking, communication preferences, and new creative problem-solving approaches for both in-person and virtual spaces.

When team members and the collective team unleash the power of whole brain thinking, they can more intentionally create the conditions for thriving: energy and momentum alongside learning.
