Our suite of assessments.

We offer a set of tools and assessments every organization can use to support its most valuable resource-the people- not only to grow the business but to help the individuals, teams, and organization thrive.

Thrivealytics™

We have a suite of surveys and narrative based assessments that dig deep into the foundational building blocks of thriving. We help you uncover the current levels of thriving while also providing insights into how to change the future story of thriving in your teams and organizations.

Neethling Brain Instrument (NBI)

This neuroscience-based assessment focuses on the eight dimensions of thinking. It helps you activate your whole brain for maximum impact, and it helps you communicate more effectively with your team. As a team learn how to unleash the power of collective problem-solving.

ESCI 360

This assessment focuses on 12 leadership competencies, including emotional self-awareness, emotional self-control, achievement orientation, positive outlook, adaptability, empathy, organizational awareness, influence, coach and mentor, conflict management, inspirational leadership and teamwork.

Eq-I 2.0

Strongly rooted in the research, the EQ-I 2.0 assessment uses 15 distinct EQ competencies, which are categorized into 5 composites (self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal, decision-making, and stress management). Understanding your current areas of strength and growth will unlock new areas of learning.

EQ-I 2.0 360

Similar to the EQ-I 2.0 self-assessment, this EQ 360 leadership assessments determines emotional intelligence capabilities, but also incorporates the insights of others in your professional sphere, such as managers, subordinates, colleagues, and family or friends. This is an integral part of a 360 approach, because it provides a deeper understanding of how you are perceived across contexts.

Custom-design assessments

Data can create insights that we were once blind to or unlock new possibilities for growth that we did not know existed. Awareness is often the first step to true behavior change. Assessments when coupled with other learning experiences can create the right concoction for growth and transformation. We all want to grow into the best version of ourselves, so providing assessments that provide insights will help us on our path to thriving.

See what they’re saying.

Our clients are using their awareness to become the leader and team member they want to be.

I was able to more clearly identify what gives me energy in my Leadership role working with the different departments I had oversight of, that I bring sense and organization to ideas and exploring all angles of a problem. I was able to identify blind spots – it gave me awareness that I made assumptions that things were being communicated and that I needed to be a better listener and ask more questions.

All this insight will come in handy working here. I have a better understanding how to determine other people’s information needs during a sales call and communicate more effectively. Excited to put it to good use!

The part that was the most energizing was the prototyping. The part that was the least energizing was the data analysis and gathering of data. This ties to my L2 NBI strength because I prefer the planning, practical application type situations. It’s also interesting my lowest score was the R2 which ties into communication, interaction, and seeking. All of which we had to do during the data gather piece.
