Our assessments help leaders, teams, and organizations gain awareness of the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors driving the team member interactions and how they are shaping the perceptions of the lived experiences within your team and organization. Utilizing the insights uncovered and the potential solutions that members of your organization uncover, we help you use that data to design for thriving.
We utilize narrative and design-based methods to understand the networks at play within your teams, organization, and network. By giving voice to the team members' experiences through the lens of our Vision First, Culture Always® Framework, we can uncover potential areas of growth and change that will push you towards thriving. The opportunities that are hidden in the details of the lived experiences at your organization emerge into the open and have the potential to shift your organization in an unexpected but needed direction.
Thriving Teams™ Operational Excellence Survey
Our Thriving Teams™ Operational Excellence Survey looks at team security, team vision, team performance, team functioning, team learning, and team resilience. Operational Excellence involves looking at what worked in the past, what is working in the present and what could work in the future. To ensure operational excellence, you need thriving teams that are connected, learning, and collaboratively pursuing excellence. In understanding the capabilities within each survey category, we can begin to unpack the small changes or possible big changes that are needed to ensure your teams are thriving.
In addition to our Thriving Teams Institute assessments, we offer three valid and reliable assessments that can help a team thrive.
Neethling Brain Instrument (NBI)
This neuroscience-based assessment focuses on the eight dimensions of thinking. It helps you activate your whole brain for maximum impact and it helps you communicate more effectively with your team.
Emotional intelligence is critical for those working on teams at work. It is a valid and reliable assessment that measures the way you perceive and express yourself, develop and maintain social relationships and cope with challenges. This assessment creates a window to opportunities for growth. Developing your emotional intelligence can help you flourish personally and professionally.
EQ-i 2.0- 360: This assessment includes not only your view of your emotional intelligence but includes the view of your raters (managers, peers, direct reports, friends, and family). These reports are designed to provide valuable insight and opportunities for development as a team leader, supervisor, manager, as well as individual team members.
Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI-360)
This inventory assesses the participant’s demonstration of 12 key leadership competencies associated with emotional and social intelligence, which have been shown through research to contribute to effective performance at work.
